Fee Schedule

 

Unlike a lot of law firms that charge by the hour, Winchester Law operates on a flat-fee basis. Once you and your attorney have determined what sort of estate plan is appropriate for you, you will be quoted a fee for the work to be performed. This means

you will always know - in advance - how much your estate planning services are going to cost.

 

Comprehensive Plans

 

The plans listed below are designed to meet the common estate planning goals of most clients, including establishing powers of attorney, setting up trusts, nominating guardians for minor children, and probate avoidance. Your attorney can help you choose which plan is needed for your specific goals. All of the plans listed below include (1) powers of attorney for property and finance and (2) powers of attorney for healthcare with living will provisions:

Although we encourage our clients to "cover all their bases" with one of our comprehensive plans, we also realize that some

people come to us with very specific goals in mind. We therefore offer certain services on an a la carte basis.

family business planning and will therefore not be needed by the majority of clients. Because every situation is unique,
